About the event

Using movement, breath and food to focus on your mind and body, this is a chance to pause and reconnect. An opportunity for you to take the time to invest in yourself.

You will leave feeling inspired and refreshed, with new ideas of small changes you can make to your daily life to improve your wellbeing.

During this day of wellness workshops we will be exploring:

Useable and easy breathing techniques to control anxiety, relax your mind and bodyThe gentle movements that you can do every day to benefit your bodyCooking demonstration on how to make delicious and colourful food that makes you feel good from the inside outHow to create good sleep habits, aid your circadian rhythm and use your breath to benefit sleepOur relationship with food and how that can impact our physical and mental healthMassage techniques to release tensionGrounding, plus finding enjoyment and being present in the natural world I'm thrilled that we will have an inspiring cooking demonstration followed by a delicious lunch from the amazing Sage & Honey.And I am especially excited that we will spend the day together at the stunning Little Habitat in Scropton. It is an intimate, beautiful and restful environment for a day of retreat and calm and (if the weather is on our side ) time to move and breathe outdoors and reconnect with nature  .
